By accessing the site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information.

These terms apply to all pages, forms, and communications associated with Dr. Pugh | Growth Capital unless a separate written agreement governs a specific engagement.

Dr. Pugh | Growth Capital provides business-funding readiness guidance and, when appropriate, may introduce an owner to potential business-funding sources. The Capital Readiness Review is a limited diagnostic of one file; it is not a financing application, underwriting decision, or commitment.

The services are advisory in nature. They are not legal, accounting, tax, or financial-planning advice, and do not replace the guidance of a qualified professional for those matters.

Owners do not pay Dr. Pugh | Growth Capital for placement. If you proceed with a financing offer and the transaction funds, Capital may receive compensation from the funder, disclosed at the point of a specific offer.

A paid Capital Readiness Engagement, when offered, is a separate service. Its fee is earned for the work performed and is not contingent on approval, submission, or funding. Details are set out on the Engagement page and in the applicable engagement documents.

Text-message communications are sent only when you separately opt in. Consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting a funding request or purchasing any service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not prevent us from responding by email or other channels you have provided.

Your mobile number and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Contact information may be shared with a funding provider only when you request or authorize that connection.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. A verdict or recommendation is based on the information and documents made available at the time of review and may change if that information is incomplete, inaccurate, or later updated.

You are responsible for reviewing any offer, terms, or agreement from a funder with your own qualified advisors before accepting it.

The site is intended for adult owners and authorized representatives of operating businesses. The readiness gate is designed to limit reviews to established businesses with enough operating history to support a meaningful assessment.

We may decline or limit access, reviews, or submissions at our discretion, including when a request falls outside our scope.

Site content—including text, Insights, resources, logos, and layout—is owned by or licensed to Dr. Pugh | Growth Capital and may not be copied, redistributed, or reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Insights and educational resources may be read and used for your own decision-making. They may not be republished or presented as your own work.

The site may reference or link to third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms.

All financing decisions are made independently by the applicable funder. We do not control a funder's underwriting, pricing, or terms, and any relationship with a funder is governed by that funder's own agreements and disclosures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Pugh | Growth Capital is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from your use of the site or services, or from any funding decision or offer.

Our services are advisory. You remain responsible for your own business and financing decisions and are encouraged to seek qualified professional advice.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dr. Pugh | Growth Capital harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the site, information you submit, or your acceptance of any financing offer, except where caused by our own misconduct or negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dr. Pugh | Growth Capital is formed. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
